PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS

Upon receipt of the Customer’s registration information or consultation request, Ordersys shall contact the Customer via telephone or email to provide necessary information, service details, and payment instructions.

Upon confirmation of the Customer’s decision to use the Products and/or Services, the Customer may select one of the following payment methods:

Option 1: On-Site Collection 

• A duly authorized representative of Ordersys may arrange an appointment with the Customer for on-site collection of service fees following receipt of the Customer’s service registration request.
• This payment method shall be available only within the urban districts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Option 2: Payment via Bank Transfer or Internet Banking

The Customer may effect payment via bank transfer, ATM transfer, or Internet Banking to the following designated account:

Option 3: Payment at Company Office

• The Customer may make payment directly at the Company’s head office located at:
