A dedicated solution for restaurants, eateries, cafés – milk tea shops, bars and karaoke. Fast ordering, instant kitchen tickets, flexible payments and tight revenue control.
Staff pick items on a phone/tablet and tickets are pushed straight to the kitchen and bar. Guests can also scan a QR code at the table to order themselves.
Supports cash, card and online payments. Connects VNPay, VietQR and auto-prints bills with a QR code so guests can scan and pay in seconds.
Portion ingredients by each item’s recipe and auto-deduct stock on every sale. Get alerts when ingredients run low so you can restock in time.
View revenue by day/week/month in clear charts and export to Excel. Staff permissions and an activity log keep management transparent and tight.
Tap to pick items and watch ORDER ring them up, total the bill and print — exactly how it feels standing at the register.
ORDER
Web and mobile app, connecting to POS machines, kitchen printers and kitchen displays — no need to invest all over again.
Before, taking orders at peak hours was a nightmare. Since using Ordersys’ ORDER, the process is much faster and simpler, staff make fewer mistakes and guests are happier too.
Food and drink venues run very differently from one another. Ordersys is configured per model instead of forcing your venue to follow the software.
Small orders, lots of them, packed into a few hours. One drink can carry sugar level, ice level and several toppings — staff need buttons, not typing. Ordersys turns those options into taps, and the order goes straight to the bar. Dine-in and takeaway run on one flow, closed off once per shift.
Long orders, many dishes, guests adding more throughout the meal. Restaurant management software has to keep track of which table ordered what, what goes out first and what is still with the kitchen. Ordersys prints tickets per station — grill to the grill, drinks to the bar — so nobody has to split one shared ticket. Splitting or merging bills happens right on the table map.
Guests stay long and keep adding orders, and billing is per table rather than per visit. Every addition has to land on the right table — one missed round is lost money. Ordersys lets guests scan the QR code on the table and order themselves, straight into the system.
The hard part is not selling but seeing the whole chain at once: which branch is performing, where stock is running out, which shift has not been closed. Ordersys centralises reporting, sets permissions per branch and moves stock between locations.
Not a feature list — this is the order things actually happen in a real day.
Staff log in, open the shift and enter the opening cash float. From then on every order is tied to that shift and that person — who sold what and took how much is all traceable at the end of the day.
Guests arrive, staff pick the table on the map and tap the items. The order appears on the kitchen screen and prints at the right station. Extra rounds go onto the same table, no new paper ticket. The table map colour shows which tables are being served and which are about to pay.
Pick the table, review the order, choose the method: cash, transfer, QR or card. Incoming transfers are matched automatically instead of scrolling through bank messages. If an e-invoice is needed, it is issued right there.
Close the shift and the system totals revenue by payment method and reconciles it against the cash actually in the drawer. Any gap shows immediately rather than the next morning. The daily report goes to the owner phone.
Since 1 June 2025, household businesses with annual revenue of 1 billion VND or more that sell directly to consumers must use e-invoices generated from a cash register. One billion sounds large, but it is about 83 million a month — roughly 2.8 million a day.
Ordersys issues e-invoices right on the billing screen, with no second piece of software and no re-entering the order. The invoice is attached to the order just paid, so sales figures and invoice figures always agree.

Honestly: if the venue has a few tables, the owner serves alone, a few dozen orders a day and nobody is employed — a notebook still works. Switching at that point solves nothing.
Notebooks and spreadsheets start to strain when three things appear: staff selling on your behalf, more than one point of payment, or the need to issue invoices. The question stops being how much was sold today and becomes who sold it, what was sold, where the money went and what is missing.
Those are three things paper cannot do — not because the person writing is careless, but because you only find out at the end of the day, while the loss happens at the moment of sale.
Coffee, bubble tea, restaurants, BBQ — one software, configured around the way your venue actually runs.
