Phần lớn vốn nằm ở mặt bằng và thi công, không phải thiết bị: đặt cọc thuê 3–6 tháng · thi công nội thất · phòng cháy chữa cháy · thiết bị bếp và quầy · POS, máy in, internet · giấy phép và biển hiệu · nguyên liệu ban đầu · tiền nuôi quán.
Ba điều riêng với chủ người nước ngoài
- Kiểm tra phòng cháy trước khi ký hợp đồng thuê. Ký rồi mới biết không đạt là kẹt tiền cọc.
- Vấn đề đứng tên. Cá nhân nước ngoài đăng ký hộ kinh doanh có giới hạn; mượn tên thì khi tranh chấp khó được bảo vệ.
- Cập nhật lại chi phí lương. Từ 01/01/2026 lương tối thiểu vùng I là 5.310.000đ/tháng, 25.500đ/giờ — xem lương tối thiểu vùng 2026.
