| In bill | Máy in nhiệt khổ 58mm hoặc 80mm (có thể không in, gửi hoá đơn điện tử) | Máy in nhiệt 80mm | Máy in nhiệt 80mm |
| In tem ly | Chưa cần nếu phần lớn khách ngồi tại chỗ | Máy in tem nhiệt cuộn 30×50mm | Máy in tem đặt ngay quầy pha |
Bảng so sánh máy in: so sánh các dòng máy in hoá đơn.
Thứ tự nên mua
- Chọn phần mềm trước, máy sau. Phần mềm quyết định máy nào dùng được (máy in kết nối Wi-Fi, LAN hay Bluetooth, máy tính bảng Android hay iPad). Mua máy trước rồi mới tìm phần mềm hay gặp cảnh không tương thích.
- Máy in tem trước máy in bill nếu quán bán mang đi nhiều — nhầm ly mất khách nhanh hơn thiếu bill.
So sánh chi tiết: tính tiền quán cafe bằng điện thoại hay máy tính tiền.
Những thứ chưa cần mua ngay
- Máy quét mã vạch — quán cà phê bán đồ pha, gần như không quét mã; chỉ cần khi bán thêm hàng đóng gói.
- Hai máy in cho hai quầy — quán cà phê thường chỉ một quầy pha.
- Hệ thống gọi số điện tử — tem ly có số thứ tự đã làm được việc gọi món.
Đừng quên phần không phải máy
- Giấy in dự phòng đúng khổ, cả giấy tem.
