Business Debts
- Purpose:
Business Debts are the outstanding amounts (Unpaid) owed by the Enterprise when making payments with an individual or another partner organization during the process of purchasing goods, products, or services.
There are two main types of Business Debts: accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ordersys manages the following types of Business Debts:
- Customer Business Debts
- Supplier Business Debts
- Terms of Use:
The User Account is assigned functional permissions.
- Procedural Steps:
Step 1: The User successfully accesses the “System”, selects “Receipts and Payments”, then selects “🡪Business Debts”.

Step 2: The User clicks on the “Debt Code” column to view detailed Business Debt information.

Step 4: The User clicks on the “Action” column to view details and make Payment for Business Debts.

Step 5: In the “Payment”→ popup, the User enters the required information.

Note: Fields marked with (*) are mandatory for the user to enter or select.
- “Payment Method”: Select either Cash or Bank Transfer. The default is Cash.
- “Payment Amount”: Enter the amount paid by the Customer or Supplier to the Enterprise.
- Payment Amount >= Unpaid: The debt transaction is completed.
- Payment Amount < Unpaid: The debt remains unsettled; the transaction will be recorded in the next payment.
Step 6: Select “Save” to complete the transaction.
- Business Debts list filter:

- “Entity”: Search by Customer or Supplier name.
- “Order Code”: Search by the Customer or Supplier's Order Code.
- “Branch”: Select the branch to view Business Debts information.
- “Creator”: Select or search for the creator of the Business Debts entry.
- “All”: All Business Debts by Customer or Supplier.
- “Nearly Due”: Business Debts with payment deadlines approaching, as configured by the User.
- “Overdue”: Business Debts that have exceeded the payment deadline.
- “Today”: Business Debts with payment deadlines today.
- Customer Business Debts
- Purpose:
Record Customer debt information with the Enterprise and track the payment history of both the Customer and the Enterprise.

- Terms of Use:
User Account is assigned functional permissions
- Procedural Steps:
Step 1: User accesses “Cashier” and selects “Payment” for the order

Case of recording Business Debts:
- Amount “Customer pays” < “Total Payment Amount”: Record customer debt
- Due Date: The time the Customer commits to the Enterprise to pay the debt
- Enter the number of days. The specific date will be displayed according to the entered number of days.🡪
- Select date The specific number of days will be displayed according to the selected date.🡪
- Note: Enter notes for transactions involving debts.
- Due Date: The time the Customer commits to the Enterprise to pay the debt
- Amount “Customer provides” >= “Total Payment Amount”: Complete the order payment.
Note: When recording Business Debts payments, the User must select or create new Customer information to save the transaction details with the customer.
Step 2: Select “Payment” to complete the transaction.
- Steps to process Business Debts payments:
Step 1: The User accesses “Cashier”, selects “Order History”, searches for the “🡪Order” to be paid, and selects “Debt Payment”.
