Surcharge Initialization

1. Purpose:

The surcharge setup function is intended to apply additional surcharge policies during checkout.

2. Usage Conditions

The user account must be assigned the appropriate function permissions.

3. Implementation Steps

Step 1: The user selects “Sales”.
