Inventory Adjustment

  1. Inventory Adjustment with Single Approval Step
  1. Purpose:

Inventory Adjustment is applied when discrepancies are identified between actual stock quantities and those recorded in the system, due to reasons such as:

Physical stocktaking results differ from system records.

Damaged Goods, loss, expiration, or identification of surplus or shortage.

  1. Conditions for use:

Only users with warehouse management privileges (manager, admin, warehouse keeper, etc.) are authorized to perform adjustments.
Procedural steps:

Step 1: Select the Warehouse function

Step 3: Create an Inventory Adjustment

Step 4: Search for goods and perform Inventory Adjustment
