Payment Methods

1. Purpose: 

Control the types of payment methods within the business

To manage Payment Methods, access here 

2. Usage conditions: 

User account is assigned functional permissions 

3. Implementation steps:

Step 1: User accesses “System” and selects “Payment Methods”

Step 2: Perform the functions

• Create: Select the “Create” button, enter information about the method, and select “Save” to create the payment method

Note: Fields marked with (*) are mandatory for the User to enter.

• “Payment method type”: Select a method.

• Adjustment: Select the method, the method information will be displayed and the User may adjust the information. Select “Save” to update the information.
