Current Branch Inventory Report
Feature Overview:
The current branch inventory report allows end users to check the current inventory of the branch they are managing.
The report screen displays all inventory information for the products you wish to monitor and review.
Navigation path to the feature:
INVENTORY --> CURRENT BRANCH INVENTORY
The screen displays the branch inventory list.
Step 1: In which “Filter”
Supports users in searching inventory by product and by product category.
- Search by product code/Product name.
- Search by product group.
Step 2: Explanation of the data columns in the report.
- No.: The serial number, which automatically increases according to the number of product rows.
- Product code: SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier for each product/product line in the warehouse, enabling more effective product management.
- Product name: Detailed descriptive information of a product.
- Total inventory quantity: Represents the total inventory quantity (including all product batches).
- Basic unit of measure: The basic unit of measurement used for warehouse storage and is the smallest basic unit.
- Type of goods: Refers to either merchandise for sale or raw materials.
- Product category group: A method of classifying products into major groups, making it easier to manage, organize, search, and report on inventory. Proper grouping enables businesses to organize warehouses more systematically and avoid confusion between different product types.
- Batch Number: Batch Number/Lot Number (Batch Number/Lot Number) is an identifier assigned to a specific batch of goods during production, warehousing, or distribution. This code facilitates traceability, inventory management, and product quality control.
- Quantity: Total quantity aggregated by each specific batch.
- Expiry Date: Expiry Date/EXP (Expiry Date/EXP) is the final date on which the product is guaranteed to maintain its quality, effectiveness, and safety for use. After this date, the manufacturer will no longer be responsible for the product's quality.
The system will display expiration dates in red, and yellow will indicate goods that are nearing expiration.
