Unit

1. Purpose: 

Manage Unit information of Goods on the system. Activate/Deactivate Unit display and selection for features that display Unit information.

2. Usage conditions: 

The user account is granted functional permissions.

3. Steps to perform:

Step 1: User accesses “Menu”, selects “Category”, then selects “Unit”.

Step 2: Perform the functions.

• Create new: Select the “Create” button, enter Unit of measurement information, and select “Save” to create the Unit of measurement.

Note: Fields marked with (*) are mandatory for users to enter or select.

• “Goods unit code”: Enter the code, no spaces
• “Goods unit name”: Enter the unit name

• Adjustment: Select , the selected Origin popup is displayed and the User adjusts the information. Select “Save” to update the information.

• Delete: There are two options for this action; confirm deletion by selecting “Delete”.
  • Delete 1: Select the Origin you want to delete, then select
  • Delete multiple: Check the first column, then select “Delete”.

Copy: Select to perform copy-paste of Origin
