Group Role Permission Assignment
Feature Overview:
The "User Group Role" feature is used to:
Group-based permission assignment: Assign access rights to system functions according to specific roles (manager, cashier, kitchen/bar, staff, etc.).
- Easily reuse permissions for multiple users within the same group.
- Ensure flexibility, clear role separation, and improved access control.
Navigation path to the feature:
SYSTEM --> PERMISSIONS --> GROUP ROLE PERMISSION ASSIGNMENT

When clicking the ⚙ (gear) icon on each row, the following options are displayed:
Rename group:
When performing the group renaming operation, you are allowed to change the “group name” and update the detailed “Description” content.
Changing the “Group code” is not permitted.
Duplicate group.
When performing the role group duplication operation, users are allowed to modify the (Group code/Group name/Description notes).
When performing the “Save” action, the system will display a warning if the code is duplicated.
Delete group.
- Deletion of the group is not permitted if it is currently assigned to any user.
- Successfully deleted: Deletion is successful if the data has not yet been generated.
