Attribute

1. Purpose: 

Manage Attribute information of Goods in the system. Activate/Deactivate Attribute display and selection actions for features that display Attribute information.

2. Usage conditions: 

The user account is granted functional permissions.

3. Steps to perform:

Step 1: User accesses “Menu”, selects “Category”, then selects “Attribute”

Step 2: Perform the functions.

• Create new: Select the “Create” button, enter Attribute information, and select “Save” to create the Attribute.

• Definition:
  • Material quantification: Declare attribute information for the attributes specified in dish processing. Example: Sugar is a material that affects the processing of finished goods.
  • For parent attributes with multiple types of child attributes, you may declare multiple child attributes for a parent attribute. This is used when selecting goods, allowing you to select detailed child attributes.

Note: Fields marked with (*) are mandatory for users to enter or select.

• “Goods attribute code”: Enter the code, no spaces
• “Goods attribute name”: Enter the attribute name

• Adjustment: Select , the selected Origin popup is displayed and the User adjusts the information. Select “Save” to update the information.

• Delete: There are two options for this action; confirm deletion by selecting “Delete”.
  • Delete 1: Select the Origin you wish to delete, then select
  • Delete multiple: Check the first column, then select “Delete”.
