Order Management
- Purpose:
Order Management is where all transactions (sales, returns, debt recognition, etc.) at the company's retail points of sale (POS) are consolidated.
To use Order Management, access here
- Usage conditions:
The user account must be granted the appropriate permissions.
- Steps to follow:
Step 1:The user accesses “Sales” and selects “Order Management”.
Step 2: Perform the required functions.
Search filters:
- Branch: Select the branch to search
- Invoice number: Enter the invoice number
- Usage: Select “Dine-in” or “Takeaway”
- Table: Enter the table name
- Customer: Enter the customer name
- Status: Select the status
- Paid
- Unpaid
- Partially paid
- Returned
- Cancelled
- Time: Select the time range
- Created by: Enter the creator's name
- Tab “Applicable Time”: Depending on the user's configuration of item sale times, allows configuration of both total time and detailed time by day and time slot. The system defaults to sales within the day (24 hours)
- View: Select , the transaction popup displays detailed information
